Lithuania eyes German Army artillery

Richard Tomkins VILNIUS, Lithuania, April 16 (UPI) -- Lithuania is to begin negotiations with Germany over acquisition of an undisclosed number of Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled artillery systems.
