Airstrikes target Islamic State near Iraqi refinery

Daniel J. Graeber WASHINGTON, April 17 (UPI) -- Islamic State fighting positions and artillery were destroyed near the Beiji oil refinery in Iraq by coalition airstrikes, the U.S. Defense Department said.
