BP to settle with U.S. coastal states

Daniel J. Graeber NEW ORLEANS, July 2 (UPI) -- Media reports Thursday suggested a settlement is imminent between BP and states bordering the U.S. Gulf of Mexico over damages from the 2010 oil spill.
