Britain permanently scraps 'green' costs for energy-intensive industry

LONDON, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Britain will permanently exclude energy-intensive industries such as steel and chemicals from extra costs to support green energy projects, finance minister George Osborne said on Wednesday.
