Investigations ongoing in latest California oil spill

Daniel J. Graeber VENTURA, Calif., June 24 (UPI) -- City officials in Ventura, Calif., said they're still investigating the cause of the release of 700 barrels of oil from a pump station run by Crimson Pipeline.
