Shell unloads Canadian acreage for $1 billion

Daniel J. Graeber CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 21 (UPI) -- The Canadian subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell said it was shedding some of its assets in the country for $1 billion in an effort to build shareholder value.
