Sellenriek to the ranks of premier professionals as a result of his work in the field of landscape architecture. As Managing Partner at SETH Design Group LLC as well as throughout his entire career, Stephen has consistently demonstrated the vocation, dedication, and skills necessary to be considered among the best.
SETH Design Group LLC is a company specializing in landscape architectural design and development including landscape architecture for master planned communities, active adult communities, commercial mixed use and multifamily projects. SETH Design Group LLC also offers land planning for parks and open spaces, trails planning, urban design and entitlement management services.
Before co-finding the SETH Design Group, Stephen held other roles for a multitude of prestigious organizations including THK Associates, David Jensen Associates and Plan West. His many years of experience have honed Mr. Sellenriek’s specialization in creating environments that are not only people friendly but also sensitive to the natural surroundings. Regarded for his ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, grading plans and overseeing construction development Stephen seeks to expand the groups reach into regional and international markets.
During his collegiate career, Stephen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the Kansas State University and is also credentialed as a Registered Landscape Architect. Stephen, and his wife Jeana, are also supporters of the Cheyenne Children’s Services where they have sponsored a child and have pledged to volunteered their time and resources away from work.
