AuRico Gold Inc. (USA) (NYSE:AUQ): AuRico Gold Inc. (USA) (NYSE:AUQ) announce on Tuesday that the company has signed a definitive agreement with Mexican mining company Minera Frisco, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Minera Frisco"), under which Minera Frisco will acquire AuRico Gold's Ocampo mine and other assets for about US$750 million.
