Ethernet and related technologies, including Data Center Bridging,
10GBASE-T, 40GE, and high-speed cabling. With the wide array of
high-speed Ethernet devices and solutions accessible during the
plugfest, the event will culminate with the construction of an
integrated network capable of supporting a one-terabit data flow.
WHEN: October 22 – 26, 2012
WHERE: University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory
“In data centers today, it’s becoming more and more about the
convergence of everything into a simple network – that’s what it’s
really coming down to. People really want to be able to put these
disparate network elements together and know that they’ll not only
function properly, but will help elevate operational performance and
productivity,” said Henry He, Marketing Chair, Ethernet in the Data
Center subcommittee, Ethernet Alliance. “Events like the TeraFabric
Plugfest are critical milestones along the path to realizing the next
generation of truly converged data center networks.”
