ARM leads U.K. stocks higher in upbeat trade

Shares of ARM Holdings PLC lead U.K. stocks higher with a 5% rise on Tuesday, after the chip maker said it joined a new consortium to buy rights to MIPS Technologies’ patent portfolio.
