Autonomy Founder 'Shocked' by HP Allegations of Fraud

Autonomy founder Mike Lynch told CNBC Tuesday he was "shocked" by allegations of accounting fraud at his company, which caused Hewlett-Packard to post an $8.8 billion charge and sent HP's stock reeling.
