Super Storm Utility Crews Complain of Payroll Delay

Since super storm Sandy hit the east coast, National Grid utility workers logged numerous overtime hours in order to help in the aftermath of the storm. With the company's payroll delay, thousands of frustrated workers have yet to await full compensation.
