Research In Motion Limited (USA) (NASDAQ:RIMM): To settle all of the patent disputes with Nokia Corporation, Research In Motion Limited (USA) (NASDAQ:RIMM) has agreed to pay Nokia an undisclosed amount one time and then make future payments to use the company's patents. For the third quarter of fiscal 2013, Research In Motion reported GAAP net income, including loss from discontinued operations, was US$9 million (or US$0.02 per share diluted), compared with GAAP net income of US$265 million (or US$0.51 per share diluted), in the same quarter last year.
