Google’s Treasurer and Chief Accountant, VP Brent Callinicos, posted a blot titled “And now for a little accounting” on Friday, January 18 that brought up or in some cases reminded analysts that due to the sale of Motorola’s Home segment or set-top-box business that it would be reported as discontinued operations. It appears that not all analysts were taking this into account.
