Europe's landlords to see rents drop as online retail thrives-AXA

LONDON, Feb 18 (Reuters) - European shop landlords will have to accept lower rents in coming years to help besieged retailers cope with the rise of online shopping and weak consumer spending, French insurer AXA's property arm said on Monday.
