Walter Energy Announces Closing of $450M Senior Notes Offering

Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT )today announced the closing of its previously announced private offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.500% senior notes due 2021 (the “Notes”). The Notes will be guaranteed by each of Walter Energy's current and future direct and indirect wholly-owned domestic restricted subsidiaries
