Richmond Fed's Lacker Says He Objects To Plan Not To Sell MBS

Richmond Fed President Jeffrey Lacker on Friday said he objects to the Federal Reserve's plan not to sell mortgage-backed securities from its balance sheet when it comes time to normalize policy.
