RealD Shares Rally On Starboard Buyout Offer

RealD Inc. shares jumped in the extended session Wednesday after Starboard Value disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing it had taken a 10% stake and offered to buy the rest of the shares in the 3D movie projector company.
