Euro trades at 28-month lows after ECB, OECD comments

The euro trades at a 28-month low Monday after the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and a member of the European Central Bank’s Governing Council shared forecasts which imply that the eurozone is the weakest link in the world’s economy.
