Alstom To Pay $772 Million To Settle Bribery Case: DOJ

French power and transportation company Alstom will pay a $772 million criminal penalty to settle U.S. Justice Department charges it bribed government officials in countries including Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
