Developing: The industrial company unveiled fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.62, matching analysts’ expectations. Revenues, meanwhile, of $17 billion, came in below Wall Street forecasts calling for $17.13 billion. Shares of United Technologies fell nearly 3% in after-hours action.
