MEXICO CITY, May 27 (Reuters) - Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff called on Wednesday for a comprehensive investigation of wrongdoing in soccer after U.S. and Swiss authorities announced separate inquiries into the activities of the game's powerful governing body, FIFA.
