See The Change USA announced today that it has received a $50,000 Daniels Fund grant to support its Teacher Professional Development E-Learning Program.
PRLog - May 28, 2015 - COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- See The Change USA is a 501 (c) 3 national educational and charitable not for profit formed to reset the competitive advantage of the United States in the production of science-based professionals and critical thinkers. This is accomplished by exposing all middle school students to three years of age-appropriate physics paralleling what is found in other industrialized countries in Europe and Asia.
Their strategic goals are to roll the program out nationwide, offering physics to all middle school students. Alongside reaching students, they offer a 24/7 online training portal for teachers using the program, enabling continued professional development and advancement. See The Change USA has grown program implementation to 18 schools, impacting ~4,500 students and providing 40+ teachers with professional development.
