UPDATE 1-New York settles lawsuits on online sales of real-looking toy guns

NEW YORK, Aug 3 (Reuters) - A handful of large U.S. online retailers including Wal-Mart Stores Inc and Amazon.com Inc have agreed to pay more than $300,000 in fines for selling realistic-looking toy guys to New York residents, the state's attorney general said on Monday.
