"Head Up Head Liner": A More User-Friendly Method of Repairing an Automotive Headliner

​According to the Internet the average age of vehicles on the road today is 11.4 years and although that number has remained steady over the last several years’ cars are now getting even older.  One problem consistently facing owners of older vehicles is the loosening of the headliner. When the headliner falls it looks horrific and can even interfere with the driver’s vision. The Head Up Head Liner is an attachable straw-like or pin-like nozzle for sealant sprays that are used to repair automotive headliners. It features a pointed tip sharp enough to penetrate the headliner fabric leaving only a pin hole. The nozzle features several small dispensing holes about the circumference of the tip. When the product is sprayed, it will be forced out of the smaller holes allowing the spray to be dispensed up to 18 inches in circumference both horizontally and vertically.
 
Head Up Head Liner was designed to provide auto owners and repair professionals with a more user-friendly method of repairing a headliner and yet leaving only one tiny hole in the fabric. It facilitates the re-adherence of headliner material without having to remove the entire headliner. Simply inserting the pin-like tip into the fabric allows the user to spray a liberal amount over a large area.  Televised test marketing has recently been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the Head Up Head Liner.
 
The Patent Pending Head Up Head Liner was invented by David Chiarolanzio of Bernardsville, NJ who said “This is an adhesive product that is adjustable and allows the product to be sprayed into hard-to-reach places as well as upside-down. When it pierces the fabric and is removed the miniscule opening is barely visible but the headliner is properly in place.”
