Viacom CEO Dauman will give deposition in Redstone competency case

A New York judge on Thursday ruled that Viacom Chief Executive Philippe Dauman can be deposed in a court case challenging the mental competency of Sumner Redstone, the 92-year-old controlling shareholder of the media company.
