shipped to customers who pre-ordered the unit from the SolaWerks’
ecommerce website. The Company anticipates its next shipment of SolaPads
will arrive this week. Orders from the Company’s website will resume as
soon as the Company has confirmation that the units have cleared customs
and are on route to its fulfillment center.

The evolutionary SolaPad is an ever-charging solar and battery system
that fits all versions of the Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPad. The SolaPad
provides hours of power from sun and battery. The SolaPad can be
