Penske Automotive Calls Off Saturn Deal
Penske Automotive Group Inc. (NYSE: PAG) called off a deal to acquire the Saturn line of cars from General Motors not being able to secure a long-term manufacturer for its production. Shares of Penske plunged $3.02 to $16.16.
