Semitool Inc. (Nasdaq: SMTL) received a $364 million all-cash acquisition offer from Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT). Shares of Semitool leaped $2.56 to $10.96 while Applied Materials stock eased 2 cents to $13.03.
