Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT) announced an all cash $450 million deal to acquire Facet Biotech Corp. (Nasdaq: FACT). Shares of Abbott rose 52 cents to $55.32 while Facet stock leaped $10.80 to $27.01.
