Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE) posted a fourth quarter loss of 3 cents per share compared with a loss of 49 cents per share in the year ago period that was narrower than expected prompting an upgrade. Shares of the natural gas provider soared $2.70 to $22.02.
