Inaugural Office Depot Foundation Women’s Symposium Planned for Oct. 7

Optimism for great accomplishments among women in business is at an all-time high. More and more often, the sky really is the limit.

To help women be even more successful, the Office Depot Foundation – the independent charitable giving arm of Office Depot® (NYSE:ODP) - will present its inaugural Women’s Symposium, “Maximizing Success through Innovation and Collaboration,” on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at Office Depot Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton.

Throughout this highly engaging day, successful women from South Florida and across the country will come together in an atmosphere inspired by innovation and collaboration. The symposium will help women gain a new understanding and appreciation of how to achieve greater success.

“It’s in this spirit of collaboration and innovation that we’re proud to present this symposium, bringing women together to mentor, inspire and learn from each other,” says Mary Wong, president of the Office Depot Foundation. “The knowledge, information and relationships you’ll walk away with will make a significant difference to you – personally and professionally.”

Wong is known as one of the most passionate, creative, dynamic and energetic business leaders in South Florida, and it’s these same qualities that will shape the symposium.

Special guest speakers scheduled to present on Oct. 7 include:

Advance registration is open now through September 15, for $75 per person. The cost increases after Sept. 15 to $95 per person. The conference will include breakfast, lunch, breaks and a networking reception at the end of the day.
