Orexigen Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: OREX) swung to a better than expected profit for the third quarter of 9 cents per share compared with a loss of 19 cents per share last year as revenue surged. Shares of the biopharmaceutical leaped $1.28 to close at $5.13.
