Envision Healthcare Holdings Inc. (NYSE: EVHC) disappointed with sharply lower third quarter earnings of 9 cents per share compared with 29 cents per share in the year ago period that missed expectations and cut its full year earnings outlook. The stock price plummeted $11.09 to close at $25.40.
