Luxottica sues BCBG Max Azria over Wayfarer sunglasses trademark

(Reuters) - Luxottica Group Spa , the maker of Ray-Ban sunglasses, has sued BCBG Max Azria Group LLC, accusing the fashion house of knowingly infringing its famous Wayfarer trademark.
