On Thursday September 24th, 2015, three San Antonio Police Department officers were arrested on official oppression and sexual assault charges. According to police reports, four female victims have alleged that Aaron Alford, Alejandro Chapa, and Emmanuel Galindo duped them into having sex by asking the women to fill out paperwork outlining how they would help with undercover police efforts. The contracts they signed required the women to drink alcohol and perform sexual activities.
