It's been almost a year to the day since Ronnie Lee Orender, his mother, Etta May Urquhart, and her husband, Bob Urquhart, beamed before the cameras and accepted a lump sum of $32.3 million — their earnings, before taxes, from a $51 million dollar winning lottery ticket.
