Resolution Life Enters into Strategic Investment Partnership with J.P. Morgan Asset Management

Resolution Life Holdings, Inc. (“Resolution Life”), the specialist U.S. life insurance business, today announced that it has entered into a strategic investment partnership with J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management will provide Resolution Life with strategic support around the implementation of its multi-manager portfolio investment strategy and will help manage its $12 billion fixed income investment portfolio. Resolution Life’s investment portfolio is expected to grow as additional life insurance businesses are brought onto its platform.

The partnership represents a comprehensive investment management relationship that includes fixed income portfolio management, asset liability management and product hedging, asset allocation strategy and investment accounting and reporting support.
