PLX Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: PLXT) will be acquired by Avago Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: AVGO) in an all cash deal valued at approximately $309 million. Shares of PLX Technology gained 54 cents to close at $6.48 while Avago Technologies stock lost 33 cents to close at $71.24.
