During the previous year, the Company has acquired two subsidiaries namely, Seal It Services Limited and Resinova Chemie Limited on August 25, 2014 and November 21, 2014. Accordingly, figures for the year ended March 31, 2016 are not comparable with previous year.
The scheme of Amalgamation (“the scheme”) of erstwhile Resinova Chemie Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of the company) with Advanced Adhesives Limited (subsidiary of the company) with an Appointed date November 21, 2014 was sanctioned by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat (”the court”) vide order dated January 18, 2016. The scheme has become effective from February 11, 2016. In view of the same, current year/quarter figures are not comparable with previous year/quarter figures.

During the Current year, company has maintained its CPVC:PVC Ratio to 55%:45% respectively.
The company has acquired 32,500 Sq. Meter land at Ghiloth, Neemrana, Rajasthan for its expansion plan of CPVC/PVC pipes & fittings.
Key Highlights of Adhesives Business ( Seal IT + Resinova):
The name of Advanced Adhesives Limited (AAL) was changed to ‘Resinova Chemie Limited’ in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation.

Astral Pipes Limited – a JV at Kenya, where the company has 37.5% stake, has grown to Rs. 262.55 Mn (Calendar year 2015) against Rs. 202.37 Mn (Calendar Year 2014) which shows growth of 30% in sales.
