Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On January 11, 2008, Sport Chalet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended December 30, 2007 and providing revenue guidance for the fiscal year 2008 ending March 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
