DUG Makes Bullish Cross Above Critical Moving Average

In trading on Tuesday, shares of the Proshares UltraShort Oil & Gas ETF (DUG) crossed above their 200 day moving average of $26.29, changing hands as high as $26.61 per share. Proshares UltraShort Oil & Gas shares are currently trading up about 3.5% on the day.
