Medical Properties Trust Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 11M Shares of Common Stock

Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW ) announced today that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of common stock (the “Offering”) at $14.25 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of its common stock.
