On the upside

Lululemon Athletica (Nasdaq: LULU) reported flat fourth quarter earnings that topped analyst estimates.

Baxter International (NYSE: BAX) will separate into two different companies, a biopharmaceuticals business and a medical products business.

Bargain hunters lifted shares of Plug Power (Nasdaq: PLUG).

On the downside


Advaxis (Nasdaq: ADXS) priced its public offering of 4.08 million common shares at the discounted price of $3.00 per share.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) reported lower second quarter earnings that missed expectations.

Fourth quarter earnings dropped for GameStop (NYSE: GME) to fall short of analyst expectations.

In the broad market, declining issues outpaced advancers by a margin of nearly 10 to 9 on the NYSE and by more than 5 to 3 on Nasdaq. The broader S&P 500 slipped 2 points to 1850. Bitcoin dropped $53.50 or 9.16%% to $530.50.
