Rahm Emanuel bristles at Spike Lee movie’s working title ‘Chiraq’

In his defense, he didn’t call it Rahmistan. But what Spike Lee apparently has done, to the ire of Chicago’s famously cantankerous mayor, is seek public assistance in funding a film that unflatteringly casts the Windy City as “Chiraq.”
