Verizon Communication Inc.'s (NYSE: VZ) AOL will pay a premium of approximately $250 million to acquire Millennial Media (NYSE: MM). Shares of Verizon added 37 cents to close at $45.72 while Millennial Media stock climbed 40 cents to close at $1.74.
