CSS Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CSS Industries, Inc. (NYSE:CSS) today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of twenty cents per share on its outstanding shares of Common Stock. This dividend will be payable on June 15, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2016.
