American States Utility Services wins $601 mln U.S. defense contract -Pentagon

WASHINGTON, Sept 29 (Reuters) - American States Utility Services Inc, a unit of American States Water Co, has been awarded a $601 million U.S. defense contract for the ownership, operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater utility systems at Fort Riley, Kansas, the Pentagon said in a statement on Friday.
