The award was presented to Con-way Truckload last month at T&B headquarters in Memphis, Tenn. This is the first time T&B has named a Truckload Carrier of the Year. To qualify for the award, Con-way consistently met the company's expectations and demands, performing at the highest levels of service. Award criteria were evaluated in a carrier report card measuring service, claims, refused loads and equipment availability.
