UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Tues Feb 28

LONDON, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 9-13 points, or as much as 0.2 percent on Tuesday, according to financial bookmakers, rallying after the previous session's decline as Asian stock markets pushed higher supported by easier crude and firmer base metal prices.
